Our main entrance has designated ADA ramps.  

The handicap restroom is available near the main gate. 

Our concession stands are fully accessible.

Tickets are available for purchase for a person requiring accessible seating. Accessible seating is available at the top of the hill on a paved area with a railing as well as in the reserved seating pavilion area. When purchasing tickets through AXS, click the “Accessibility” checkbox to see available accessible seating. If you have any questions, send an email to tickets@opryentertainmentgroup.com.  

Accessible Parking is first-come, first-served and located near the main entrance to the Amphitheatre. An issued parking pass is not required as long as you have a state issued handicap license tag or an ADA hang tag placard visible to the police and parking attendants.  

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.

Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates. 

Appropriately documented guide dogs and animals are welcome.

Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team.
