BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

How do I get to CCNB Amphitheatre?

From North: Start on I-385 S. Take exit 27 for Fairview Rd. toward Simpsonville. Turn left onto Fairview Rd. Turn right onto SC-14/SE Main St. Turn left onto Dennis Waldrop Way. The venue will be on your right.  

From South: Start on I-385 N. Take exit 26 for Harrison Bridge Rd. Use the middle lane to turn left onto SC-14 W/N Main St. Turn right onto Dennis Waldrop Way. The venue will be on your right.  

Where should I enter the venue?

Gates generally open 60-90 minutes before events begin. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times, you will not be allowed in.  

How do I access my tickets?

*The Earth, Wind & Fire, Goo Goo Dolls, and Parker McCollum shows are ticketed through Ticketmaster via www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be accessed via the Ticketmaster app or through your mobile wallet. Learn more about Ticketmaster here. All other shows will be sold on AXS.

Do you offer Express Passes?

Express Entry upgrades are available for an additional charge. Access is available all evening, but arrive 25 minutes before the gate opens to ensure early entry. The Express Entry entrance is located at the far right side of the Main Entrance. Look for Express Lane signage where you can begin to line up. Upgrade here

How is traffic control around CCNB Amphitheatre?

With only 2 entrances to the park, traffic can quickly become backed up. Plan to arrive early and give yourself plenty of travel time. Parking lots will be marked, and parking attendants will begin parking cars 2 hours before gates open. 

What is your bag policy?

Our bag policy is as follows: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12”x 6”x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). If your bag is 6”x 9” or smaller it does not need to be a clear bag. No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

Where can I find a restroom?

Restrooms are located on both sides of the venue and portable restrooms are also located near the main entrance and lawn.  

Do you have a lost and found?

All lost and found inquiries should be directed to Guest Services. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to charity. 

Is merchandise available for purchase in the venue?

Merchandise will be available for concerts at our merchandise area located just to the left of the Main Stage. All merchandise is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended. 

Are concessions available for purchase?

CCNB Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. Outside food is not allowed. 

What are your policies involving alcohol?

CCNB Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. 

What credit cards do you accept?

All main concession stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards. We are a cashless venue.  

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is not permitted at CCNB Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. 

How does lawn seating work?

The lawn is always first-come, first-served. There are no assigned seats on the lawn. 

Can I bring my own lawn chair?

We no longer allow outside lawn chairs of any kind inside the venue for your safety and to ensure a smooth entry. Lawn chairs are available to rent onsite and must be returned at the end of the event. Learn more here.

Are there baby changing stations?

Baby Changing Stations are located within the men's, women's, and family restrooms around the venue. 

SAFETY & SECURITY

How is the security on site?

Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed. Your safety and security are most important to us.  

What security procedures should I expect?

When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please inform one of our security gate staff members so they can offer you an alternative search method to our metal detectors.  

Also, please check our bag policy before coming to the venue, to make sure your bag fits our policy guidelines.  

Is there law enforcement on site?

Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

What happens when weather occurs?

All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our venue socials. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected. 

What happens in the event of an emergency?

In the event of an emergency while on site, CCNB Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located on at Main Medical tent on top of the Lawn tent, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on-site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. 

Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our social media pages for the latest developments on event day communication. 

What happens when a show cancels?

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation ticket holders will receive an email from us about a potential reschedule that will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. 

Are animals allowed in the venue?

Service animals (as defined by ADA standards) are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. 

Where should I go if I need assistance?

If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our Guest Services tent located near the main entrance of the Box Office building. 

What do I do in the event of a medical emergency?

First Aid is located near the Main Entrance of the venue. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of. 

Can I camp at CCNB Amphitheatre?

The venue does not allow camping of any kind.  

Can I bring my kid with me to a show CCNB Amphitheatre?

All of our events are all-ages unless stated otherwise. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. 

RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITIONS

What are your policies involving guest conduct?

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state, and local laws. Any guest who is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. CCNB Amphitheatre reserves the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event. 

What are your policies involving banners and signs?

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests' view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist. 

What are your policies for masks and face paint?

Masks covering the face are NOT allowed while entering the venue or purchasing items at concessions. Any face coverings must be removable upon request. Face paint is allowed, but it should NOT be gory, inappropriate, or alter your face to the point of unrecognition. Your face must be able to be matched to your ID at concessions if you intend to purchase alcohol.  You cannot bring face paint into the venue. 

What are your policies involving cameras?

SUBJECT TO CHANGE: The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. No 35mm professional film cameras are allowed. Some artists do not permit cameras, so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in. 

What are your cell phone policies?

Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasion, comedy shows in particular, cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests. 

What are your policies on audio taping?

Some shows do allow audio recording, so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed. 

What are your policies involving weapons?

The venue does not allow weapons of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles. 

What items do you allow in CCNB Amphitheatre?

This varies by show. Please check the Day of Show Information tab for updates pertaining to a specific show, as all permitted items are subject to change at the tour's request.  

We allow: 

  • Bags: We have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”) that do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. 
  • Small Blankets/Beach towels (no larger than 3'x5') 
  • Breast Pumps 
  • Fans/neck fans 
  • Stadium cushions - must be backless and legless 
  • Cameras – non-professional only, no detachable lenses 
  • Food – in a clear plastic container or 1-gallon ziplock bag. 
  • Water – 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon.  

What items are prohibited from CCNB Amphitheatre?

We do NOT allow: 

  • ANY BAGS that do not meet our bag policy as stated above. 
  • Outside lawn chairs 
  • Umbrellas 
  • Poster tubes 
  • Large blankets 
  • Weapons of any kind: pepper spray, pocket knives, etc. 
  • Alcohol, other beverages and camelbacks except sealed water 
  • Aerosol Cans: sunscreen, bug spray, dry shampoo, etc.  
  • Illegal drugs/substances 
  • Strollers 
  • Car seats  
  • Picnic baskets 
  • Glass containers 
  • Glass bottles 
  • Cans (any outside beverages that isn't water) 
  • All coolers 
  • Laser pointers 
  • Pen lights or pointer lights

Are strollers allowed in the venue?

Strollers are not permitted as there is nowhere for them to be stored. Due to an incline in the lawn, strollers can become an unsafe tripping hazard. 

Are umbrellas permitted?

Umbrellas are never permitted in the venue. 

Can I bring water in?

Water fountains are located at each Restroom facilties entrances.  

Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory-sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size per person. Empty Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks and glass bottles are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations.
